This is the Telsoft model LPT310 DTMF converter.
Simply put, what this does is it take a number dialed on a rotary phone and convert it to
TouchTone. It's 4 inches long and 2 inches wide so it doesn't take up much space. Plug it
directly into the wall out of sight and plug the phone into the converter and you're set. Put
this device in line with any rotary phone and you can use your rotary phone on broadband
digital phone service. It also works great for getting through phone computer menus. The
only disadvantage though is that there is no # or * available on the rotary phone.
