This extension ringer can be used with any phone. Just hook it up in line with your phone and that's all you need to do. Its a good loud mechanical bell ringer (just like the old phones used to sound like). If you don't want to hear it, there's an on-off switch also. It measures about 3 inches by 2 inches, so it doesn't take up much space.
