L1 to "L1"
L2 to "L2"
Add a jumper wire from "3" to "L1"
Add a jumper wire from "6" to "L2"
Receiver wires to "R1" & "R2"
If the phone will not dial out, but otherwise work, you need to reverse L1 and L2.
