This is an original Western Electric 553A wall phone. The phone has been disassembled, bead blasted, and painted with a polyurethane finish. The receiver cord is a faithful reproduction of the original cloth cord. a modern line cord has been added so this phone is ready to attach to the wall, plug in, and use.
