Custom Telephone Number

I can do custom number cards to your specifications. The font may not be the exact one
used for originals, but I come pretty close. You can provide your phone number in any
format you choose. Here are a few examples:
HAwthorne 5-1234; HA5-1234; 612-555-1234
You don't even need to put a phone number in there, I can print anything you like as long
as it fits.
Pricing is $2.00 for the first number card and five cents each for the SAME
number card after that. Any other style selection after the first number card is $1.00 for
the first copy and five cents each after that.
If you are ordering number cards from several pages, submit your order from this page
before moving on to the next. I will combine the orders into one invoice.
The small rectangle cards count as half, so for example if you order 4, you will get 8.
After you submit your request, I will set up a payment invoice for you within 24 hours.
Sorry, I don't have shopping cart software so this is the only way I can do it.
At the end of the page will be a check box for selecting either white or ivory paper. If
no selection is made, I'll print on white.
.50 will be added to each order for postage.
