Ericofon Color Palette

Please keep in mind that no two computer monitors are the same. What you see just may vary slightly from what others see on these color examples.
The numbers you see underneath the pictures is the Pantone number that is closest to the color that I can find. This is usefull if you have access to a Pantone book and can look the color up to be sure of what you have. This helps if your monitor color is off a bit and the color doesn't show up as it should on this page.

This set of 5 colors is the standard color palette for Ericofons marketed outside of North America. Different countries had different color palettes, but these were the standard choices.
These colors were also used for making TouchTone models for use in Canada and Sweden, and possibly other countries.

Green

Same as "Crystal Mint" in USA

Blue

Same as "Wedgwood Blue" in USA

Red (called "Carnival Red" in Australia)

Same as "Mandarin Red" in USA

Gray

Same as "Persian Gray" in USA

Ivory

Same as "Candle Glow" in USA

This set of colors are miscellaneous colors found around the world.

Same as "Sandalwood" sold in North America, this color was called "Mushroom" in Australia.

PTT red (Holland). A dark red color, darker than Mandarin Red.

PTT brown. This brown is dark almost to the point of being black
A brown color produced by North Electric in the later days.
   A harvest gold color produced by North Electric in the later days.
   Petal Pink. This color was introduced in the early 1960s when the color "Princess Pink" was eliminated. It also uses the same model number that the Princess pink used.

I'm not really sure what this color name is, so I call it "Honeycomb" simply because it looks like beeswax. I've only seen two instances of this color and don't know any more of its history.

I've had a number of years experience with hunting Ericofons, so I've developed a pretty good idea of what colors are harder to find than others. I've organized this information into the chart below.
